Mr. Cashman represents a wide variety of families and individuals in estate planning matters, including wills, living trusts, insurance trusts, complex trusts, educational trusts, charitable trusts, family partnerships, foundations and probate and estate administration matters. From 2008 through 2013, Mr. Cashman was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in Estate Planning and Probate.

Stephen M. Baroni

Partner, Accounting and CFO Advisory Services, Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP
Steve is a partner with Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, a Regional CPA firm with 375 employees and 4 offices in the Bay Area and Napa Valley. Steve is in charge of the Firm’s Accounting and CFO Advisory (ACFO) Practice, which provides part time accounting, controller and CFO services for startup companies and privately-held businesses. In addition, Steve is the head of the Services to Businesses division. He has over 27 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and cfo advisory services to early and mid-stage technology companies.

Steve grew up in San Jose in St. Martin of Tours Parish. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1989. He is a current member and past chair of Santa Clara’s Accounting Advisory Board. Steve also serves on the Finance Committee for the Catholic Community Foundation of Santa Clara County, is a Caritas member and speaker for Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, and has served in various leadership positions within his Parish for the past 20 years. He lives in Almaden with his wife Elisa and their three daughters, and they have been active members in Holy Spirit Parish since 2005.

Charmaine Warmenhoven

Community Volunteer
Charmaine Warmenhoven received a B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University and an M.A. in Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Ms. Warmenhoven has spent a 25-year career as a teacher and administrator in Special Education and Disability Ministry. From 1988 through 2001, she was Associate Director of Special Ministries at the Diocese of San Jose. Her work at the Diocese centered on people with disabilities. The ministry assists parishes in the inclusion of people with disabilities into all aspects of parish life. She helped parishes develop catechetical programs for children with disabilities. And her work in Deaf Ministry provided catechesis in sign language for deaf children and adults. Ms. Warmenhoven also assisted in the development of parish-based Pastoral Ministry programs, providing training for Ministers to the Sick and Bereaved. Prior to her work for the Diocese, Ms. Warmenhoven taught in special education classrooms in public and private settings and was the Director of the Scott Parker School for Special Needs students in Henderson, North Carolina.

Ms. Warmenhoven is very active in the community. She is a member of the Implementation Fund Grant Committee for the Diocese of San Jose; a committee member of the Campaign Advisory Committee; a member of Bishop’s Circle of Excellence and Caritas; Board member of Villa Montalvo; Board member of St. Francis High School and Presentation Retreat Center. Other affiliations include Catholic Charities, Knights of Saint John, the American Cancer Society and the Tech Museum of Innovation. Ms. Warmenhoven and her husband Dan were presented as Laureates at the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame on March 30, 2004.

Ms. Warmenhoven and her husband, Dan, have two children, Eric and Laura. They are members of Sacred Heart Parish in Saratoga.

Brad Baron

Senior Vice President-Financial Advisor and member of the Consulting Group at RBC Wealth Management

Brad is currently in his 25th year in the financial services industry. He holds Series 7, 31, 63, 66, California Insurance and NMLS licenses. He has earned the designation of Accredited Wealth Manager, having completed the course work required by the Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice, Inc. that focuses on advanced knowledge of investment strategies, insurance, estate planning, charitable giving, business succession solutions, and retirement planning for high net worth clients. From 2006 to 2009, Brad served on the twelve-member Financial Advisors’ Advisory Council, a group that represented the 2000+ RBC Financial Advisors in discussions with senior management on matters relevant to business and operations such as client services, tools, technology, new products and other topics geared to strengthen and improve the firm’s capabilities. In 2009 he was the chairperson.

Brad is an active volunteer in the community having served on the Board of Trustees of the Health Trust, VIA Services, the SJSU College of Business Alumni, Almaden Country Day School, Financial and Administrative Support Services, Thomas Cowan Bell Scholastic Foundation, RotaCare Bay Area, the Rotary Club of San Jose Endowment and the Rotary Club of San Jose.

Brad received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Jose State University and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Brad also graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory. He was born and raised in San Jose, California and currently resides in Willow Glen with his wife, Marget, and three daughters, Samantha, Sabrina and Savannah.

He is a member of St. Christopher parish.

Tom Crotty

Managing Director, CFO Services, Cresset

Tom brings more than 40 years of business, accounting, finance and entrepreneurial experience to his position as Managing Director, CFO Services for Cresset, a multi-family office where he serves as the CFO for several families.

After serving as a Senior Audit Manager with KPMG, Tom has been the controller, CFO/COO and/or Executive Vice President for several family owned businesses in the construction, real estate development, mortgage banking and distribution industries. Prior to joining Ascent Private Capital Management and now Cresset, both multi-family offices, Tom was the Business Unit President/Senior Managing Director of the San Francisco Bay Area practice for one of the top ten national CPA firms.

Tom’s non-profit board experience includes being the former President of the Board for Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County where he remains on the Audit Committee. He is a former Chair of the Board of Montalvo Arts Center where he remains on the Finance Committee. Tom also served on the non-profit Board of Trustees of ALearn and on the Board of Directors for a $50 million ESOP for-profit company.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson’s Graduate School of Management.

Jennifer Cunneen

Jennifer Cunneen is the Founder and Principal at Cunneen Law located in San Jose, California. She has advised individuals, families, and businesses on a variety of family wealth related matters including estate planning, family business planning, special needs trusts, family foundations, gift and tax planning, and more. Jennifer forms and advises non-profit organizations, including public charities, private operating foundations, and family foundations. Jennifer is on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for Good Samaritan Hospital, Vice President and Director for Santa Clara County Bench and Bar Historical Society, and a member of the State Bar of California, Santa Clara Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, and Rotary Club of San Jose.

He has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Regents for Bellarmine College Preparatory; President of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County; Chairman of the Santa Clara University Board of Trustees; and Co-Chair of the Santa Clara University 2019 Presidential Search Committee. Paul lives with his wife, Barbara, in Monte Sereno.

Douglas C. Hansen

Office Tax Managing Partner
Doug is the Office Tax Managing Partner of the Deloitte Silicon Valley practice. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting, serving clients in Deloitte’s offices in Dayton, Pittsburgh and San Jose, as well as the practice in upstate NY. His diversified tax experience has been spent serving companies from the emerging growth company phase to large publicly traded multinational clients in the technology space since relocating to San Jose in 2008.

Doug graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Major Accountancy. Doug is a licensed CPA in California and Ohio. He is a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPA’s and the Ohio Society of CPA’s.

Donald A. McGovern, Jr.

Independent Board Director of Cars.com

Don joined the Board of Cars.com in May 2017 upon the spinout of Cars.com from Tegna creating a new public company listed on the NYSE. Cars.com is a leading two-sided digital automotive marketplace that creates meaningful connections between buyers and sellers. Don is chair of the Audit Committee, a designated financial expert under SEC regulations, and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Previously, Don served two three-year terms on the Board of CRH. During his tenure, he was Senior Independent Director, chair of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and of the Audit Committee and a designated financial expert under US SEC and UK FRC regulations. Don chaired multiple committees for Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and eASIC Corporation and was a member of a 9 member independent Advisory Council for NASDAQ Private Market. Don spent 39 years at Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) including 26 years as a partner. Don was Vice Chairman, Global Assurance Leader (a $13 billion Global practice in 2013), and a member of the PwC Global Network Executive Team, from July 2008 until his retirement from PwC on June 30, 2013.

Don has been a member of the St. Simon Parish (Los Altos) Finance Council since 2014 and Chair since 2018. He also chairs committees for the Santa Lucia Preserve and is a member of the Campaign Committee West for the Campaign for Marquette University.

Don is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has an active CPA license to practice in California, Illinois and New York.

Anne Milligan

Anne Milligan is a 1988 graduate of Santa Clara University with a bachelors degree in Accounting. She is an alum of Price Waterhouse, where she worked in both San Jose and Stamford, CT. Subsequently, she worked as a strategic planning consultant to mid-size companies in Austin, TX, focusing primarily on financial, valuation and credit advisory services.

Anne is very active in her children’s school, St. Mary’s Los Gatos. She completed a 2-year term in June 2016 as the President of the School Board and currently sits on the Finance Board. She was Treasurer of the National Charity League – Saratoga/Los Gatos Chapter (NCL) in 2016 and enjoys serving with her daughter at the various charitable organizations served by NCL.

Anne served on the Diocese of San Jose Drexel School System Board of Trustees and she will serve on the upcoming Major Gifts Cabinet for the Legacy of Faith – Hope for the Future Campaign. She is also a member of the Finance Committee for the Catholic Community Foundation of Santa Clara County. Currently Anne is also a member of the Board of Regents at Santa Clara University. She and her husband Steve are also members of the University’s Campaign Cabinet.

Anne has been married 27 years to Steve. They have 2 children and live in Los Gatos.

Bertha Minnihan, CPA

Partner, Moss Adams’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group
Bertha has been in public accounting since 1995 and serves as the National Practice Leader for Moss Adams’ Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group. She has extensive experience directing all phases of audits for a variety of benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, employee stock ownership, and health and welfare benefit plans. She has also worked with a number of 11-k clients. Her ERISA expertise includes the specialized knowledge required for audits, Form 5500s and related filings. Bertha provides various consulting services related to the ERISA industry nationwide and dedicates her time to staying on top of the Department of Labor requirements while they are still in the proposal and discussion stage.

Bertha has been named by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the Women of Influence in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business. She currently serves on the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plans Expert Panel, and has previously served on the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center’s Executive Committee, chaired the annual national AICPA Benefit Plan conference for several years, and served on the AICPA’s Technical Standards Subcommittee, which assists with the Department of Labor’s review of ERISA audits and auditors. She is frequently called upon to speak at local and national organization events dedicated to the Benefit Plan Audit specialty and her acumen is widely recognized by many of the third party administrators, trustees and investment custodians utilized by companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.

Paul Normandin

Co-owner of Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Paul was born and raised along with his 5 brothers and sisters in Los Gatos California and is co-owner of Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, a family run automobile dealership that has been in operation for 142 years in San Jose, California. He attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and went on to St. Mary’s College where he graduated with a business degree.

Over the years he has served on boards and committees at Catholic Charities, Holy Spirit School, St. Mary School, Bellarmine College Preparatory, The Catholic Community Foundation, and others related to the automobile industry and his local community.

Paul and his wife are members of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish. Their three sons attend Santa Clara University and Bellarmine.

 

C.S. Park

Investor, Advisor and Board Member

Currently C.S. Park is working for technology start-up companies in Silicon Valley, as he plays a role as an investor, advisor and board member.  Most recently, he has served as Seagate Technology’s board member since 2006, having served as Lead Independent Director, Chair of Audit Committee, and Chair of Strategic Transactions Committee. He has also served as Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group, the world’s second largest global management consulting firm from 2008 until 2019, and a member of Global Board of DLA Piper, one of the largest global law firms from 2013 until 2018.

Formerly C.S. was Chairman and CEO of Maxtor Corporation, the world’s second largest computer storage company until it was acquired by Seagate Technology in 2006. Previously, C.S. was Chairman and CEO of Hynix Semiconductor (now SK Hynix), the world’s second largest semiconductor memory manufacturer based in Korea.

In the past, he served on a number of corporate and non-profit boards including Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology, Compensation Committee Chair), Silicon Valley Community Foundation (Board Chair), American Leadership Forum – Silicon Valley (Finance Committee Chair).  Currently he is an advisory board member of the Markkula Center of Applied Ethics, Santa Clara University since 2007.

C.S. belongs to Holy Korean Martyrs Catholic Church where he served as the Parish’s Building Committee Chair for the transition from Sunnyvale to its current location at McLaughlin, San Jose.

Raymond J. Triplett

Ray is a lifelong resident of Santa Clara County. He attended St. Mary’s Los Gatos, Bellarmine College Preparatory, and Santa Clara University where he graduated in 1977 with honors.

He holds the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.
Ray is the President and CEO of Triplett Financial & Insurance Services, LLC, a firm founded by his father in 1953. During his 40 year career, Ray has helped some of California’s leading families and their businesses plan for the transfer of wealth and their personal values across multiple generations. Ray and his firm specialize in designing, implementing, and managing large life insurance and guaranteed income portfolios. He is a nationally recognized expert on these subjects and has spoken on these at numerous
educational seminars around the country.

Ray is a past president of the San Jose Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, past president of the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council and a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting in Washington, DC.

Ray lives in Silicon Valley with his wife Susan and is very active in the community. He has served as a consultant and board member for several Bay Area organizations, including Bellarmine College Preparatory, Santa Clara University, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, (where he served as the 2012-2014 President of the Board) and most recently, The Catholic Community Foundation of Santa Clara County.

Pat Waite

Retired Corporate Executive and Community Volunteer

Mr. Waite obtained a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University, and an M.B.A. from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. His career encompassed finance positions at a variety of Silicon Valley high technology companies, including Memorex Corporation, Tandem Computers and Lam Research. He last served as Vice President, Finance at Seagate Technology.

In addition to the Catholic Community Foundation, Pat shares his financial and management experience with several other community organizations. He currently serves on the board of trustees of Willamette University and as president of Citizens for Fiscal Responsibility, a local taxpayer advocate organization. He is an emeritus trustee of the Archbishop Mitty High School board of trustees.

Pat and his wife, Ginny, married in 1981, and have lived in San Jose since 1984. They are involved members at St. Francis of Assisi, where they have served in several ministries. Pat is currently the finance chair for the parish. Their two adult children live in the Bay Area with Pat and Ginny’s grandchildren.
